CNC Bending

Our CNC press brake equipment enables precise bending and forming of metal sheets in different sizes and angles.

Through CNC programming and precision positioning, we achieve consistent bending angles and dimensional control for enclosures, cabinets, equipment structures, and customized sheet metal components.

CNC Turret Punching

Our CNC turret punching capability supports punching, trimming, stretching, flanging, and forming operations.

Maximum processing dimensions can reach 1250 × 2500 mm, with material thicknesses from 0.5–6.0 mm for stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, and other sheet materials.

For sheet metal parts requiring multiple holes, repeated patterns, or complex forming features, CNC punching provides efficient processing and consistent results.

Deburring & Surface Brushing

For laser-cut and punched sheet metal parts, we provide deburring, chamfering, oxide removal, and surface brushing.
