This week, our tinplate manufacturing facility welcomed an overseas customer delegation for an on-site visit. The visit focused on reviewing our factory capability, quality control system, and customized tinplate production solutions.
During the tour, the customer visited the raw material storage area, production workshops, quality inspection processes, and finished product packaging and dispatch areas. Our team introduced the complete production workflow, from raw material inspection and processing to final delivery, highlighting key manufacturing standards and process controls.
In terms of quality assurance, we implement a strict internal quality management system, with multiple inspections conducted at different stages of production. This ensures stable performance, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality of our tinplate products in accordance with international standards and customer requirements. The customer expressed strong recognition of our standardized production management and rigorous quality control practices.
In addition, both sides held in-depth discussions on product specifications, surface treatments, packaging options, and customized solutions for different applications. We presented our flexibility in meeting customized requirements and shared our experience in ensuring consistent quality and reliable lead times for bulk orders.
