Flattening refers to unfolding and flattening the rolled stainless steel materials, and cutting them according to the length specified by the customer to finally form stainless steel plates of fixed length. These plates are usually used for subsequent welding, stamping, assembly or export packaging.
Our Kaiping processing process includes the following steps:
Unwinding: Place the stainless steel coil into the Kaiping equipment and unfold it stably
Leveling: Use multiple sets of rollers to flatten the surface of the material to eliminate bends or waves
Fixed-length cutting: Accurately cut into fixed lengths according to customer needs
Stacking and packaging: Stack neatly, add padding paper, corner protectors, wrap with film, and label
Quality inspection confirmation: Deliver or ship after testing thickness, length, tolerance, and surface condition
